Fact: This is the most balanced BBCOR bat on the market.Backed by research conducted in the Baseball Performance Lab, the CATX with integrated puck knob is a great transition bat for first-time BBCOR players because it swings as light, or lighter, than some -5 Senior League bats. This is accomplished by strategically moving the balance point 1.5 closer to the athletes hands with the puck knob extension that counterbalances the weight of the barrel.For an easier swinging bat, select a bat length that is one size up from your current CATX. The 1 knob extension adds that extra inch near your hands, the weight of the knob moves the balance point, making it feel lighter, and you can swing it faster.For more power and plate coverage, select a bat length that is two sizes up from your current CATX.
